Refund policy

We offer pick-up services for the recycling of pūjā flowers on a subscription basis. We understand the importance of timely pick-ups to ensure the proper disposal of the flowers in an eco-friendly manner. However, in the event of any failure to pick up on the assigned date, we will reschedule the pick-up for a different day.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any missed pick-ups. We believe that our subscription service provides a reliable and convenient solution for the proper disposal of pūjā flowers and we take our commitment to sustainability seriously.
